The materials in this library do not necessarily reflect the philosophy, beliefs, or opinions of the Center for Christian Study or its staff, board, or supporters. Library Policies The library is a place for quiet study. Please love your neighbor by silencing your cell phone, monitoring your ipod volume and relocating conversations to other spaces in the building. Currently we only circulate books. Feel free to read the journals, but please leave them in the library. When they are barcoded, back issues will be able to circulate. Books may be checked out for three weeks but may be renewed once for a further three week period. A maximum of 20 books per person may be checked out. We do not charge fines for overdue books, but a flat fee of $25.00 will be charged as replacement costs for books which are lost, or not returned after 3 months. We do allow eating and drinking in the library but ask you to be respectful of the books and furniture, and to clean up after yourself. Grad students may request the use of a carrel for storage of books and papers.
Computer Policies The computers and the printer in the library may be used free of charge, however we ask that you supply your own paper. Please limit your time on the Study Center computers if there are others waiting, and be considerate of those who simply want to print out a document. Please do not make changes to the operating system, layout, or configurations of the computers. Do not download files with material which is inappropriate to the values of the Study Center. Please save files to your own portable storage devices since files saved on the desktops will be deleted regularly.
