Graduate Ministries
M inistry to graduate students at the University of Virginia has been a major focus of the Center’s efforts since its earliest days. The need for a fellowship setting that emphasizes the desire to think Christianly is especially relevant for students who are pursuing advanced degrees in preparation for employment in significant fields. In addition, graduate school presents its own set of challenges and opportunities that require a ministry directed specifically toward these students. Through our varied fellowship groups, lectures, discussions, courses, and other programs, we seek to help graduate students grow in Christ and better prepare for the personal and professional challenges of contemporary American culture.
If you are a graduate student at UVa, get in touch with our Director of Graduate Ministries, Justin Holcomb, or our Director of Educational Ministries, Bill Wilder, and they will help you find out about the variety of opportunities we offer for ministry and growth.
